Frequently asked questions

Can we check in early?
It depends. If a property is not booked the night before we will check you in earlier than 3pm.

Can we have a late check out?
If we have a booking following yours then we need time for the carers to clean and prepare for the next booking. If this is not the case we will try to give you a later check out. Often this will be offered to you when you book in.

Where do you recommend to eat?
Check out our dining guide on the home page.

Breakfast provisions?
A breakfast  hamper can be provided with basic makings for breakfast. We suggest you check out our Where to eat guide for breakfast out or order a hamper when you book.

Is linen provided?
Linen and towels are not provided. Guests need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired from us. Queen beds $40.00 and Single beds $25.00. Linen is supplied for Moto GP event only.

Can we use the phone?
If there is a phone in your accommodation then feel free to use it for local calls.

Do we have to clean up?
We really appreciate it if you leave your accommodation clean and tidy. Please refrain from moving furniture around . Some properties store outdoor furniture away - it would be helpful if you pop it back to where it came from. If you use the bbq please leave it clean. Thanks!
